Dalia Galvan

Dalia Galvan’s life journey spans multiple cultures, careers, and an unwavering commitment to service. Born in Mexico City, Mexico, she moved to Los Angeles, California, at the age of five—a place she proudly calls home.

Her military journey began in 2007, enlisting in the Air Force Reserves before transitioning to active duty as an officer in the Army in 2018. Throughout her service, she has been instrumental in advancing healthcare training, patient care, and medical readiness. Recently retired, Dalia is currently pursuing a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California.

As a survivor of Military Sexual Trauma (MST), Dalia created the Thriving Beyond MST podcast to use her voice to support and empower other survivors. She provides guidance for MST survivors on reclaiming their lives and thriving with resilience and hope.
